Restaurant Review: Boston's Pizza (Spokane Valley)

Lately I've been frequenting the Boston's Pizza retaurant nearest to me here in the Spokane Valley.  They just came out with a new menu, and as near as I can tell, just about everything is great.

Their menu offers a wide selection of salads, gourmet pizza, Italian entrees, gourmet pasta, and lunch combos.  My buddy Mike is hooked on their BBQ Chicken Pizza, while I've gotten stuck on the Mama Meata Bow Tie Pasta.  It's a huge helping of pasta in a meat & pepperoni sauce with generous helping of Italian sausage and meatballs mixed in for good measure.  I'd suggest that a half order is plenty for most.

One of the coolest things about their menu is the diverse tastes it offers.  They're not stuck solely on traditional Italian cuisine.  If your cravings lean toward Cajun, Asian, or seafood, Boston's Pizza has plenty of creative options.  Their new Shanghai Spaghetti is a great mix of pasta and Oriental vegetables in a chili peanut sauce.  Good stuff.  The same goes for both their Jambalaya Fettuccini and Chicken Gumbo soup.

I've been to both their restaurant and sports bar at all times of day or night, including the busy business lunch hour, and the service has always been prompt and cordial -- never disappointing.

If you're looking for a good, affordable family restaurant, give Boston's Pizza a try.
