Heaven started high school two weeks ago and is settling in pretty well. The biggest news is probably her new kitten. She named him Linkovich Chumovski -- or Link for short. He gives her a cute, playful companion to loyally tag along behind her, or cuddle up to her neck. Unfortunately it also gives me a furry little nemesis bent on relentlessly attacking my feet and hands while Heaven's at school.
Heaven's been staying here well over a month now, thereby making it three weeks longer than originally planned. I think it's safe to say that her stay here can now be officially considered to be for an indefinite period of time.
