I used to think of Mark Cuban as just another dot com brat that got lucky and bailed out before the market went bust. Just another one of those guys from that era with more money than sense. But the more I hear of what he has to say, the more respect I have for him. I've been reading his blog for several months now and am constantly amazed with the range and depth of his intelligence, and his candor when expressing it.
A couple of days ago he posted a rare rant about several political hot-button issues that I found to be quite enlightening. It actually helped mt to better crystallize my own thoughts on issues like outsourcing and Social Security. It's too bad we don't have more politicians with common sense like this.
I like people that make me think, and Mark Cuban makes me think.
