Our family cat
Tigger passed away early yesterday morning. I really wasn't prepared for how much it would affect me. He was just two months shy of his 20th birthday, so it's not like I didn't know this was coming pretty soon. I guess I just expected that it would be a more gradual process with age gradually taking its toll. Instead it was kidney failure -- a common feline affliction -- that claimed him in mere days.
He was a great little companion the past few years that he lived with me.
So long Tig. We'll all miss ya.
